The Billing and Invoices guide assists church administrators in managing payment methods, accessing billing history, and resolving payment-related issues for Church Infinite subscriptions using their billing account.
Key Actions #
Perform the following tasks to manage billing and invoices:
- Update Payment Method:
- Log in to your billing account at https://churchinfinite.com/my-account/ using your billing credentials (distinct from website management credentials).
- Navigate to the Payment Methods subpage.
- Add or update a payment method (e.g., credit card) and save changes.
- View Billing History:
- In the billing account, go to the Orders or My Subscriptions subpage.
- View or download past invoices as PDFs for your records.
- Manage Billing Frequency:
- In the My Subscriptions subpage, locate your plan or add-on module subscriptions.
- If available, switch between monthly or annual billing (annual plans include a discount equivalent to 2 months free) and confirm changes.
Troubleshooting #
Resolve common billing issues:
- Unable to Log In: Ensure you’re using billing account credentials at https://churchinfinite.com/my-account/, not website management credentials. Reset your password or contact support@churchinfinite.com.
- Payment Declined: Verify payment details in the Payment Methods subpage. Try an alternative method or contact your bank.
- Invoices Not Accessible: Confirm login with billing account and check the Orders subpage. Contact support for assistance.
- Incorrect Billing Amount: Review plan and add-on details in My Subscriptions. Contact support for discrepancies.
