Locations

Church, scaled.

Turn your church website into an online multi-site network. Events, sermons, staff, and much more can be attached to specific church locations.

Locations Hub & Profiles

The Locations module builds a complete system for representing your church’s presence. A central Locations page shows every location on an interactive map, helping visitors see the big picture and find the closest church site.

Each marker links to a dedicated profile page with service times, staff, events, media, and more. This dual structure means people can discover your church network at a glance and dive deep into the details of any individual location — all seamlessly connected.

Service Times & Events by Location

Each location isn’t just a dot on the map — it’s a living community with its own rhythms. The Locations module allows you to publish service times unique to each location, ensuring visitors always know when and where they can join.

Service details integrate directly with the Events module, so events can be filtered and displayed by location. Whether it’s a recurring worship service, a midweek Bible study, or a one-time community outreach, everything stays connected and easy to discover in the context of each location.

Livestream Integration

When a service is marked as a livestream in its location profile, it automatically appears on the church’s Live page at the scheduled time. Visitors can then tune in right when it matters most, tied directly to the originating location.

This seamless integration with the Livestreaming module ensures that digital and physical ministry are connected. Your church can reach beyond walls while still honoring the uniqueness of each location, keeping the online experience grounded in the local community.

Action Buttons

Every location page can feature call-to-action buttons prominently at the top, giving your church a simple way to direct attention. Whether it’s a seasonal event like Easter, a current campaign such as a building fund, or a permanent link like Plan a Visit, action buttons put the most important opportunities front and center.

Buttons can be created manually or chosen from existing content on your site — pages, events, donation forms, ministries, and more. This makes them both powerful and flexible, ensuring that visitors always encounter the next step you want them to take.

Flexible Terminology

Churches use different language to describe their structure. Some talk about “locations,” others about “sites,” “campuses,” or even “parishes.” The Locations module adapts to your church’s preferred terminology with a single setting, instantly renaming “Locations” throughout the entire site.

These changes are system-wide, applying everywhere from menu titles and URLs to backend settings and content references. The result is a website that speaks in your church’s voice, not ours — reducing confusion for visitors and making administration feel more natural.

Inquiries

Visitors interested in a particular location can reach out directly from that page. Inquiry forms are simple, straightforward, and automatically routed to the right recipient: the site administrator, a designated staff member, or a custom email address.

This ensures that communication doesn’t get lost in a generic inbox. People connect with the local team that can serve them best, creating a sense of immediacy and hospitality. For newcomers, this can be the first step into meaningful relationship with your church.

Prayer Requests

Prayer is deeply personal, and the Locations module ensures that requests are cared for locally. When integrated with the Prayer module, users can direct their request to a specific location and even ask for follow-up contact from someone there.

On the backend, requests are automatically routed to the right team — whether that’s the admin, staff, or a designated contact person. Notifications and follow-ups are handled independently per location, making prayer support both responsive and relational.

Room & Facility Listings

Each location can go beyond the building itself to include sub-locations such as sanctuaries, classrooms, fellowship halls, or gyms. This makes it easy to communicate not only where a church site is, but what spaces it offers.

These listings integrate with other modules, too, so events can be linked to specific rooms, and directions can be given with clarity. From newcomers trying to find the nursery to members reserving the fellowship hall, room and facility listings make your site more practical and user-friendly.

Integrated System-wide

The Locations module isn’t just an extra page — it reshapes your entire website to support a network of locations. Activating it reorganizes both the frontend and backend, ensuring that your content structure, navigation, and module data all expand seamlessly from serving a single church to serving a multi-site church network.

Instead of bolting on location info as an afterthought, this module re-architects your site from the inside out, enabling consistency across every detail. Other modules, such as Events, Giving, and Staff, integrate automatically with Locations so they can be distinguished between network-wide and location-specific. The result is a system that grows with you, scaling smoothly as your church expands.
