Corresponding Roles
Person profiles can be linked to group hosts, missionaries, staff members, or sermon guest speakers, as well as share their personal and contact details. That way their details need only be input and updated in one place, staying exactly consistent across the entire website.
Linked profiles also have the option to keep personal details separate, allowing for flexibility in personal and professional details like contact information.
Church Activity
Organize people by the status of their relationship to the church. Statuses cover the attendance spectrum with Visitor, Attendee, Member, and No longer attends.
Group membership and ministry participation is also listed here in a bidirectional relationship with those respective entities, meaning any updates in their person profile will affect the group/ministry added/removed and vice versa.
If the Locations module is active, the person can also be associated with a particular church location.
Families
For convenience sake, people can be organized together in families. The first of the three possible roles is Head of household, which has the website permissions to edit the family members’ people profiles. The other two roles are Spouse and Child.
